found a fix on my own go to cdfliemgr and make a file named -5073e7ac-27eb-4c.dds worked like a charm for me should work for you

were in the same boat man but mine is for fallout 3 if i get an answer form gopher ill let you know for sure im having this problem on fwe and mmm two huge mods everyone says to have when you want to play that game
