Eijioji

So I just downloaded this mode from nexus and I'm having a hard time figuring it out. I'm extreamly nooby so I really have no idea what i should do. I downloaded a seperate mod that replaces all werewolves but I want it to only effect my player. The extension is .esm & .bsa where exactly do i place that?
