  1. Ya its the axis orientation I believe CK uses Y as the horizontal plane (most games do) while blender uses Z axis as the horizontal. Using the Y plane as height has stemmed from the long tradition of viewing art on the 2D plane where Y is height and X width and Z is depth. As xgamer468 found out changing the objects pivot point changes its axis. In the end it doesn't matter what axis you use for what, but it's just industry standard to use Y as height in games right now.
  2. Hey it's me again, as I've said before I'm new to Creation Kit but I am not new to the concept of spawning things. Whenever I need to spawn in an item for 3D simulations (water, spheres, billboard textures, ect) I use an emitter that just shoots the object how ever many times I want and velocity I want. I have not been able to locate a generic emitter in CK but I know there are emitters in the game. But if you can't find an emitter I would suggest creating your own object (the object doesn't even have to have a model) with the explosion properties and drop it in the game where you want it to go off then link the scripts to it. That way it's already in the game and has no need to be spawned in.
  3. I've ran into the same problems as you while working on my project. I found a quick fix for the sprinting problem here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/377160/discussions/0/458604254452806921/ and have been meaning to ask the author of "Spring Cleaning" how they fixed the problem. Now the more I look into the other problems you mentioned the more I am suspect it has to do with "regions". (I'm not a seasoned modder so take this as you will.) I assume you need to assign these outer cells a region of your own design outlining its properties. But that's all speculation until I have a chance to examine the tool more carefully. I have how ever ran into another design problem, as I'm not quite sure how cells are loaded into the game. (be it all at once with LOD's in tow or closest gets full loaded to distant cells only loading LOD's) I fear not creating separate exterior cell for my project will greatly increase the load times when exiting an interior, even if you're on the other side of the map. If anyone can shed some light on this problem it would be greatly appreciated.
