Nothing in SMIM that affects the plank stockade texture :(

So, I figured out these are the stockade textures. The green effect is from textures provided by Skyrim HD. Vanilla textures are better but still extremely low res. Any chance of someone creating high res stockade textures?

I've searched and searched but I can't find anything that replaces this texture, from vanilla or SE mods. I refuse to believe no one has updated this texture.. it appears a lot in mines and it's on top of the barrels right at the start of Another Life. For the love of Talos, please help remove this monstrosity from the game! Screenshot
