It looks like I have this solved but I made the topic that to help others. Ive been trying to download the Community Asset bundle for over an hour. Im using Chrome. Once it gets to 1 gig, it stops. Tried 4 times on 3 different servers. Then I decided to get a download manager and try that. It stopped after 1 gig again, but eventually resumed until .... 2 gig then stopped dead. Wouldnt restart at all. So I did the unthinkable. I used Microsoft Edge. And guess what? Full download with no issues. Have no idea what caused it, but hopefully this will help others
