Removing the mod didn't fix it. But I found what was really happening. As I was testing and emptying my inventory, only a few things came out: But then, despite the fact I wasn't moving, I heard a bunch of collision noises, so I turned off clipping and had a gander under the floor... When I drop my items, it sometimes places them in a random place under the world. I know it's not my player model, because I tried dropping something while I was jumping, and that had no effect on whether or not something did appear where it was supposed to. It's not consistent where it places the things because I know that, when it first happened, my first reflex was to tcl and look under the floor. And no, it doesn't matter what the item is, potions, ingredients, armor, weapons all seem to have the random chance to be spirited away. Edits: the first picture was the same as the second one, I corrected that.

So, here's what happens with my save. I had this issue recently: Whenever I would drop an item, there was a chance I'd lose it form my inventory, but it wouldn't appear in the game world. This seemed random, but whatever would actually drop instead of being swallowed by skyrim had a high chance of dropping again if I picked it up, but it would eventually get eaten too. After posting here, we thought the issue was with creation club mods. I uninstalled my game, re-installed it with the CCmods and the issue would keep happening. So I then looked up online how to remove creation mods, did another clean install and removed them. The issue was apparently gone. Only thing is, it started gain today after a nothing update from steam (There was a skyrim update, but it instantly completed itself and apparently downloaded nothing). I don't have many mods so I really don't know what it could cause. It didn't happen again until the "update". Here's my modlist (from LOOT): Oh, also I use the new Vortex mod manager, not NMM.

I need help looking for a mod that removes the player marker from the map. I want the map to be just that: A map that I have to figure out my position in accordance with the surrounding landmarks, not a dang GPS.

It... doesn't happen on everything. I empties all 7 of my weapons, and only the steel dagger came out.

I use vortex, not NMM :/ Does this start right at the start of the game, in Helgen? . o O ( As was asked in my other post. ) I just made a new save, and it doesn't do it right at the start of the game I do have survival mode on (the one from the creation club), if that can change things.

Whenever I drop items on the ground, they randomly disappear, I see no rhyme or reason to it, for example, out of the 4 iron ore I had in my inventory, two of them dropped when I dropped them individually. I then picked them back up and neither of them dropped. Out of all my weapons, only the steel dagger survived. Most of the fixes I found online refer to mods I am not using (and to Skyrim, not Skyrim SE), here's the list of mods I am using (Loot load order): I am currently using survival mode. But this happens in and out of it, but at a seemingly lower rate when NOT in survival mode. Edit: added new findings.
