Maybe you could dig around in the SKSE files, now that it has Papyrus capabilities, and explore what options it could give you. I'm being indefinite because I don't know much about scripting in Skyrim, but I do think that your idea of a 'fear aura' for dragons is a great one. I do not know for sure, but I got the impression that the shouts that dragons use are different than those the player uses - a different FormID or something - which means you might be able to add an effect to all the dragon-only shouts that is similar to the Nord racial power, Battle Cry. Thus making the fear aura kick in only when the dragon is actively engaged in combat with something - which might cut down on bugs. Just brainstorming - hopefully something in there was helpful. I believe I fixed this bug without having to reset her AI or attack her. Just get near the market well and enter this into the console: player.placeatme 23abe 1 This will spawn a wolf, which will throw everyone nearby into combat mode without having to do the attacking yourself.

I understand your point, but I think that allowing it to be saved as a preference would still be beneficial. And just to play devil's advocate, if giving exposure to new mods is the ultimate goal of the system, why not have the default order be according to creation date?

When looking at a category for types of mods (example: http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/cat.php?id=56), we have the option to organize the category listing. The default is set to Name - Ascending, which I almost always change to Endorsements - Descending. Is there a way to get the site to remember this preference and use it as the default? If not, I think it would be a useful feature to implement.
