  2. I don't know about all of you but I felt jipped in the final battle. You barely use your army and the whole thing was very anti climatic. I also felt that the game did a poor job with making the blight seem like a real threat. the real finale of the game was the Landsmeet, not the final battle. And the real story of the game is solving the problems of Fereldin, not battling the blight. There should have been more battles where you got to use your army before the final one. That would make the blight feel more like the main story then curing werewolves or playing politics. I also think you should have had more army recruitment options that were mutually exclusive. Such as the chasnid, the other bannorn, Avaars, ect. Rough examples of possible battles. 1:Siege of Lothering (you defend the town from a darkspawn assault, after you get your first army) 2: Battle of West hills (after second army) 3:Battle against Logains troops (second) 4 A Darkspawn:Assault on your army (you run into the Archdemon here but you can't beat it and you are forced to flee. After third army) 5:Operation Calenhad (a surprise attack on a Darkspawn breeding facility) (after third army) 6:Battle of Dragons Peak (after fourth army) 7:Battle of Redcliffe (after fourth army) 8:and of course, the defense of Denerim/Final Battle Examples of possible new units for army 1:Chasnid barbarians 2:Avaar Barbarians 3: Bannorn Soldiers 4: Loghains Knights (after the Landsmeet) 5: Orlesian Mercenaries 6: Free March Mercenaries 7: Grey Warden regulars (can recruit them yourself from your camp. Riordan IIRC mentions that the Grey Wardens have thier own armies of un-joined people, why can't you hire some, or maybe not all of them were at Ostagar) 8: Ash Warriors 9: Militia (from various cities, Highever, West Hills, Dragons peak, Redcliffe, Lothering. They would be 1 unit though.) 10: Qunari Mercenaries 11: Crimson Oars Mercenaries` 12: White Falcon Mercenaries It would have been nice if the game had a real stronghold too, unlike the POS Wardens Keep. That way your army could have congregated there and it gives you a HQ. As well as a place to have new Army quests. Such as a Chasnid envoy visiting you or Mercenaries coming to offer their services. I think Redcliffe castle should be made into a real stronghold. You could make some of the battles optional too. It would have made the blight feel like a much more real threat as well as give you more options to use your army.
  3. o_O for a second I thought I posted in the wrong part of the forum. How could you miss the sex scenes? There are 3, one for Leiliana, 1 for Morrigan and 1 for Zevran if you're a guy. same if you are a girl except Alistair takes Morrigan's place. They are kind of hard to miss.
  4. I see nude mods everywhere and I have never downloaded a nude mod for any game I have played. I for one prefer the underwear in-game then everyone going commando. What I want is a Nude mod for the sex scenes only, I am surprised I haven't seen one. Nude mods for in game play are ridiculous IMO but one for sex scenes only would actually be nice and make it so I don't laugh during the sex scenes.
  5. That's not the point. Some of us don't want to see the obtrusive helmets all the time but still want the AC and effects they add. BG2 had a mod that removed helmets and it was great. So did NWN2.

"Wha-- (is overwhelmed and Chain shield bashed by 4 Hurlocks and thrown about by an ogre) Yeah it's pretty awful how small the party cap is considering the games difficulty and the sheer amount of enemies you fight sometimes. There are countless regular, normal battles in the game where you are outnumbered 5-1 or even 8-1.
  7. A toggle would be wonderful. That way I could keep my helmets on outside of combat and keep the effects and when i want to see a helm in combat just toggle it on. Sure I can just un-equip it and re-equip it but doing that 10 times every 10 minutes gets kinda annoying.
  8. Giving yourself party members through the console doesn't really work that well for anyone other then the Dog. They can't use any special abilities, they have no banters, and they have no dialogue interaction. The only thing they have is in-game events. such as the dog finding that kid in the Denerim market, and the alter in the house in Haven. I would adore anyone who could increase the party size to 6 or even 5. I don't care about imbalancing I would just play on hard. I mainly want the story and dialouge. In NWN2 and BG2 I always took the same core party then alternated out any additional slots. BG2 I always took Aerie, Minsc, Viconia and Edwin. The last slot I took a bunch of people but usually settle on Jan or Jaheria. In NWN2 I always took Khelgar, Elainee, Neeshka, Zhajevie and the A man once I got him. Before I got the A man I alternated the last slot out. Problem is in Dragon Age I always love using Alistair Leiliana and Morrigan, I find it very difficult to take any of them out of my party even in subsequent playthroughs. If the game had even 1 more slot then I could alternate out the last person and finally use some of the others. Hell I could Even make support characters which with the regular small party only gimp you. I would pay DLC money for a mod that gave even 1 more party slot. :( This mod I want more then any other.
  9. I would like a mod that either... A: Removes the firey, electrical, icy, ect. Animations from weapons while retaining the elemental damage. Or B: A mod that makes the elemental animations appear only after the weapon is drawn in combat, when it is sheathed it looks normal. Or the one I would prefer the most. C :A mod to make the elemental effects appear for a short burst every 10 seconds or so. For example. You know how Aodh the axe in Denerim has a fire animation around it all the time. Well I would like a mod that makes that fire animation have like a 10 second timer and every 10 seconds it has this little burst of fire for a moment then returns to normal. I be appreciative of anyone that could do any of these 3. :)
