I downloaded and installed OOO, but I almost never have any of it active. I just personally prefer the game without it most of the time. So, I don't see how it could be interfering with the game in any way. I have done more to try and fix the issue: 5. Removed all mods and ran the game clean (also naked, incidentally) 6. I made an entirely new character and ran it through at level 1 to the point in the main quest where you have to follow him into the basement and kill the Mythic Dawn assassin, and Baurus just stood there and would not even go into the basement, which of course meant that the Mythic Dawn assassin just sat there reading for a few minutes. Again, his health was very low for no reason at all. The next thing I am going to do is use the console to advance the quest, however, I was hoping to avoid such measures. So, again, alternative suggestions are appreciated.

Well, I've finally gotten around to doing the main quest with my rogue-type girl. I got to the point where Baurus, the NPC who was helping to "protect" the emperor at the beginning of the game, is supposed to lead you into the sewers to retrieve the 4th volume of the Mythic Dawn books. I got half way down into the sewers with him and he just froze in place. He'd talk to you, but all his animations were broken (no moving mouth, no walking ...etc.) His heal spells were also sort of hovering around him, not doing anything. I began a previous save game from before I finished that quest to try and reload him and instead of getting half way down the sewers, he wouldn't even leave the pub. Also, for some odd reason his health is really low. Here's what I have done to try and fix the problem: 1. Loaded previous save from before I began the quest with him. He was still broken. 2. Tried to push him through the sewers using sneak and bows and arrows (Now that's dedication.) 3. Used console commands to disable and then enable 4. Used anim. mods to try and literally "reset animation." This is all I can think of to fix the problem, and I just now figured out how to work the command console because I have Vista and it simply wasn't working. So basically, what I want to know is if there is any way for me to reset him completely, or if this is perhaps a known issue. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thank you
