  1. Thanks for the reply. I already tried removing the files in App data manually - I know the BS, but I must've missed something =) Will take a look at revo and see if it does works.
  2. Hi, I seems my Vortex broke permanently after reinstalling skyrim (steam) and the collection A&I. No amount of re-installation (10+ times, with various added attempts) has made it work again so far, I'm at the point of giving up and trying Mo2 instead. I've previously reinstalled skyrim and vortex before the same way and there were no issues. I used steam to remove skyrim SE and windows to remove program vortex, then I deleted the skyrim folder including /data as well as the vortex folder and the /installed mods folder. I probably messed vortex up when i tried recreating the folders and pointing vortex to the same folders including the download one where I had left all the mod archives to save download time. Don't know why, but this time it popped up after reinstalling when I pointed it to my download directory full of mod archives. It wanted to purge something and I said no. I couldn't tell what it wanted to purge and i just wanted to abort and google what was going on - it never did that before. Since then Vortex has been broken and doesnt recognize even mods that I just installed and is shown as installed in the mod list such as SKSE and FNIS. I can even run SKSE and FNIS through the vortex interface, but the warnings persist both outside and in game, and I get SKSE (and 10+ other mods) missing warnings when i start a new skyrim game (but no CTD at least). If I try install a mod collection I get additional 12+ warnings of all kinds that I never had before like missing masters, conflicts, not able to deploy due to conflicts ect. I suspected some stupid leftover configuration files somewhere to be the cause, so on followup reinstallations, in addition to using windows remove program, I manually searched for all possible vortex folders and deleted those aswell that i found in /Documents and /Appdata. I couldn't find a complete list of directories that isn't removed by the uninstaller so those are all i found. At this point I can't think anything short of formatting and reinstalling windows which I just did after switching to a new SSD (the whole reason I needed to reinstall). Any Ideas?
