The problem was one of many texture packs that i was using. You just have to find what texture pack changes the specific texture and remove it.

I have a strange bug with the metal frame of the windmill generator. It's the only thing (i know of) that has this bug. If someone knows what may cause this bug or if its a texture bug pls tell me the name of the texture so i can remove it. PS: i use few texture packs so i don't know which one could be the problem.
