I've been playing with map borders disabled and I feel like Bethesda missed an opportunity with the southern part of the maps swamps to make a destitute, ghoul ridden hellhole. We kind of got some of that gameplay with Far Harbor, but the large flat expanse of swampland in the south just feels to bring a larger horror aspect. I've tried adding spawns and a few locations down there, but I cannot figure the creation kit.

It is based on a LeEnfield rifle but integrally suppressed and chambered in .45 ACP. It's design flows well within the Fallout universe and has some interesting opportunities for different weapon mods.
