I'm swapped to the CDN as it gives the best speed, but it is a lot lower than what I usually get anywhere else. I know steam has billions of dollars so I don't consider them a valid to compare to, but even other file hosting sites I usually get better speeds. I'm not sure what is different in the CDN test towards the top under ISP compared to the download tests, but 3.4MB/s is more accurate to what I see compared to 5.4MB/s.

I've been having slower download speeds (usually 2MB/s) on larger files while smaller ones appear to download at normal speeds. This wasn't an issue around the time I purchased premium membership but sometime afterwards I have had this issue since then. My ISP did not change during that time or the location I was downloading from. I opened link in a new tab and was able to start a download for them.
