I believe the nipple casting functionality may have been added to the skeleton's options in Racemenu sliders, so if you check the options there you might find that you accidentally may have activated it. -

In response to post #24603119. A lawyer from Valve said it was fair game, he talked it over with Fore and agreed to refund everyone who paid for it.
