  1. I found that 9/10 an Ogre isn't that far away from a Troll in the wild. (if you're at the right level) Possibly the Trolls are little brothers?
  2. When I was younger, I dreamt of the species I modded into oblivion. I think it was 12 years ago or something...anyway, the character in Oblivion I play as isn't anything like me (well, maybe a little) but his species certainly is a part of me. Mentally I beleive I'm stable, but I'm quite the tactical person who likes being alone. My character is tactical and was driven mad by being alone, but made use of the madness. Sooo...I say only 2-4% of ME is in the Oblivion character, the rest is all just stuff I think is fun in a game, and I'd never do in real life unless in serious danger.
  3. I beleive there was already a topic similar to this in the General Oblivion board. o.O I'll repost what I posted there. As for how/why he ended up in prison...he got caught by Adamus Phillida after many years trying to catch him, but obviously the prison didn't contain him. He was arrested under the charges of theft, murder, conspiring to murder, Daedra Worship, alliance with the Dark brotherhood and engaging in activities with them, taunting Soldiers, breaking into the Imperial Palace basement and stealing goods, assault, starting brawls, taking part in brawls, illigal use of poisons, illigal use of Dark Magic, walking around with no clothes on/streaking, hosting illigal meetings, crimes against The Mane (in Elswyer), Grand Theft Horse, killing and eating Horses, killing livestock, damaging crops, shouting profanity at people in the streets, vandalism, illigal use of Dwemer technology and finally resisting arrest. (he's committed more crimes in Elswyer but most are the same as those in Cyrodill, so I left them out.) Name: Godo Sarukodai Gender: Male Species: Jinimaru Sign: The Lady Class: Acrobat Money: 400 Gold or less Homes: Bruma Caverns, Waterfront Shack, Bravil Shack, Riverhold Den, Corinthe Shack. (and any free bedrolls he sees) Favourite Land: Shivering Isles Friend: Thadon (Bosmer, Bliss) Best Friend: Brithaur (Bosmer, Crucible) Enemy: Raminus Polus (Imperial, Mages Guild) Worst Enemy: Arch-mage Traven (Breton, Mages Guild) Mental Information: Delusional, hyperactive, kleptomaniac, schitzophrenia. Combat Preference: Bow & Arrow, Blade Combat Style: Stealth Greatest Fear: Losing Sheogorath Greatest Want: For Sheogorath to rule Tamriel Physique: Slender, athletic. Level: 30-40 (changes every few Oblivion days) Joined Guilds/Factions: Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood, The Blades, Shivering Isles Resident, Hunters Guild (mod) Neutral Guilds/Factions: Fighters Guild, Imperial Legion (mod), Acoltyl, Heretic, Bandit, Vampire, Merchants Guild (mod). Enemy Guilds/Factions: Mages Guild, Knights of the Nine, Conjurer, Mythic Dawn. Childhood: Godo was forced to worship Sheogorath as a cub, but grew up being overly loyal. He was also often beaten with a stick by Dark Elves who lived in Corinthe, and on several occasions was accidently mistaken for a slave in Orcrest. Godo's father was killed whilst he was a child. Teenage: Godo spent many of his teenage as a Bandit in Cyrodill and a slave abolisher in Elsweyr, he was often beaten with a stick by Dark Elves and Orcs whenever he held protests in Orcrest. Godo's mother was killed when he was a teenager, and upon her death he ended his life as a Bandit and Slave Abolisher, and became a Hunter. Diet: Omnivoir, will eat anything he can find...even Nightshade if no other food is available! (when in a state of madness, he'll even eat Bosmer!!) Prefered Food: Venison, Boar, Horse, Fish Disliked Food: Wheat, Rice, Lettuce, Cabbage (obviously Poisonous items too) Most Common ingredients in Poisons: Nightshade, Wormwood, St. Jahn's Wart, Flax Seeds. He's an 'annoying fan' of Sheogorath and worships him even when committing murder for the Dark brotherhood (instead of worshiping Sithis). He's a member of the Theives Guild and likes to harass the Grey Fox, and enjoys randomly punching Fighters Guild members and getting kicked out of the guild constantly. He hates the Mages Guild with a passion and will attack anyone who approaches him wearing one of their robes. His best friend is Brithaur in Crucible who steals from him, and who he steals back from. His enemy is Raminus Polus of the Mages guild. He likes to play cat and mouse with Hieronymus Lex and The Blades by stealing from them in a way so they can catch him and engage combat/chase, this behavior is actually a trait of his species and not of his kleptomania as his people attacked Ogres so they'd be chased by them (this supposedly trained their Athletics skill when they couldn't go hunting for some reason). He also likes to annoy Jauffre and Martin by stealing from them and waving the stolen item in front of them (another trait of the species, and not kleptomania). When not randomly stealing or attacking people, Godo likes to dungeon dive for loot and reads as many books as he can before throwing them at the nearest person. He also enjoys making poisons and hunting. Godo's people usually fought with tooth and claw as he does now and where also very skilled with making the deadliest of poisons which they used to contaminate enemy food supplies. Godo however likes dipping his arrows into the poisons he makes and shooting his enemies instead. He was born under the sign of the Lady, and certainly does not like it when people mention it. If someone sees him commit murder, Godo will respond by murdering EVERYONE who shouts murder and will only flee if his health goes below 100 (out of 600). He does not kill Townsfolk in the Shivering Isles, but will kill Guards and anyone outside of settlements. He likes to go hunting with Jyred Ice-viens, and always loots the kills. Godo also finds it amusing to listen to the Prophet and then attack him when he gets too loud. Without his poisons, bows and arrows he is a very frail creature and is easily able to catch diseases. His father was killed by Imperial Guards at the border near Riverhold whilst trying to flee Elswyer as he had contracted a hybrid disease which made him a vampiric werewolf (drinks blood as a werewolf when the moon is half full or more.) The Mages Guild insisted he be slaughtered before the disease could spread, and thus came one half of why Godo hates the guild. The other half stems from the fact that his mother was used by the guild to isolate a Necromancer with her tracking abilities, and was then used as bait without her knowing it to flush him out. Godo swore to kill anyone in the Mages Guild should they ever approach him, and seeks to kill the one who gave the order to use his mother as bait. Godo lives alone in a fishing residence not far from his hometown of Corinthe, where he catches sharks and other sea predators (and some normal fish) to sell at the market. His madness pushes him to hunting for the biggest and deadliest animals, even going so far as to ignore the need to brethe just so he can catch his prize. He spends most of his time in the Shivering Isles worshipping Sheogorath but doing little else, as most of his activities steam from Tamriel. Godo is a young adult and because he beleives he's the last of his species he does -not- have a large interest in women. (I need to fix his skin when I fix Photoshop, his mane doesn't connect to his shoulders like it should plus I haven't finished the female version. :o) Picture of Godo near Imperial City Godo begging not to see the vet as Sheogorath looks angry at him Godo wants a fresh bowl of Bosmer, as his apparently tastes of rotten Scamps.
  4. Trigun, just because we need an outlaw other than the PC to chase after. By outlaw I obviously mean Mr Vash. It would be nice to have an Outlaw Guild/Faction to join... :p
  5. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22454 Many thanks! (just wish they supplied the hair!) Finally, is there a mod that adds hunters (that hunt YOU, the PC) to the game? Would be the icing on the cake if I was hunted, and it'd give me a reason to duck and cover more often! (nearly all my characters are crooks anyway.)
  6. The Elsweyr mod does that, and the Skyrim one does too...but Skyrim is still buggy and in Beta so I'd just look at the Elsweyr mod. :) As for me, I'm looking for a mod that adds the outfits, hair and weapons from the anime Trigun. Because that's the only anime I want in my game. Mainly Vash the Stampede's items.
  7. Me: *asks about Obelisks* Sheogorath: They're getting more active every day. Not a good sign. You know what would be a good sign? "Free Sweetrolls!" Who wouldn't like that? Me: *punches Sheogorath* FIMMION AND HIS SWEETROLLS, HE'S GOTTEN TO YOU TOO!! >_< Sheogorath: You really shouldn't have done that! Enjoy the view. Me: NOOOOO, I'll be good! I promi--- Sheogorath (shrine): A mortal? Wait... a mortal I know. MY mortal. What are you doing here, mortal, when I've given you things to do? This is when I should smite you. Give you a serious smiting. Completely smitten. When I tell you to do something, I generally mean it. Me: I wanted to just say 'hi' whilst in Cyrodill. By the way, nearly all your worshippers are dead, I saw them as unworthy. o3o Sheogorath (shrine): I suppose there's something I can have you do while you're here, though. A little errand. And a lot of fun. Me: You're always trying to kill me though, as fun as it is, it hurts. D: Sheogorath (shrine): There's a little settlement called Border Watch. It's a nice, peaceful place... and dull, dull, dull. You're going to make their lives interesting. They're a superstitious bunch. Everything is an omen or a portent. Let's make one come true. Me: OHOHOH, make a swarm of Gnarls appear!! That makes me laugh. Sheogorath (shrine): Find their shaman and ask about the K'Sharra prophecy. You are to find a way to make the first two parts of the prophecy come true. I'll take care of the rest, because it's the most fun. Now, run along. Me: Just as long as it's not anything to do with it raining dogs! You know I hate Dogs. D: OH THE IRONY! lol. Also, here's some pics of Godo and the Prophet...his 'good friend'...not. (anyone know what Race the Prophet is anyway? Is he Imperial? Breton?) Title-Picture-no-jutsu! Godo charges to the Prophet one day. "Hey Mister, who attacked the Chapel? HEY MISTER?!" Godo tries to get the Prophets attention but fails. The Prophet ignored Godo's questions. Godo how he looks when just woken up, and feeling like knifing the person who did it. Godo came back when the Prophet's ranting woke him up. He startles the Prophet (and magically lost his bow and arrows) and is ready to teach him a lesson. Prophet beating #1 Prophet beating #2 The NPC you see kept talking as if the Prophet was dead, the guards did nothing as Godo beat the Prophet senceless, if Sheogorath was there I am sure he'd laugh. :whistling: Godo returned a few days later after venturing off to Hammerfell...look what he got whilst he was there. I might have some fun with Ocato next!! :D
  8. wasn't there a hair similar to that in Slofs 'Its a Wig!' pack?
  9. there's a handy mod called 'border removal'. It's so easy to find, just search for it in the nexus and you might find about 5 of them. You choose which to use by reading the description, although they should all just do the same thing...which is disable the borders.
  10. Simply put, when a Beastfolk falls down or dies, their tail is ridgid as if it was made of cardboard. I installed a Ninja-run mod recently (only animation-changing mod I've downloaded) but it didn't even work so I uninstalled it, so I beleive that may have caused it. The fact the tails are ridgid doesn't bug my game performance, it looks looks plain stupid for when they die to have their tails stuck up in the air rather than slopped over anything physical. If you know how I can fix this, please respond. I already uninstalled the running mod, but nothing has changed.
  11. You do know that someone of the Mages Guild (the 'leader' of each guild hall, usually) carry an empty GSG which can be easily pickpocketed when they're sleeping. Since you only need 5, and there are 7 Guild Halls (plus there's one empty GSG in a case at the Arcane University) you can easily finish the 5 GSG section of the quest without going on a wild-goose chase...and being a vampire, sneaking/pickpocketing the GSG's was fairly easy.
  12. Is that a Final Fantasy XIII reference, or a reference to the poem? LOL, it was actually to both of them! :teehee: ROFL. So many times I've said that to Adamus Phillida! Only he wouldn't die at the time... :/ Bodyguard: The old man? He's easy to protect. Me: He doesn't look any older than you do Buddy Boy!! Me: *kills a chicken* NPC: STOP! THIEF!! Me: I want Chocobo though. o3o *yanks the dead chicken* NPC: Your tretarious little filtcher, how dare you steal from me!! Me: I don't even know you. o-o *yanks the chicken again* NPC: HELP! HELP! I'm being ROBBED! Me: The guards will not come to your aid, MWUHAHAHAHA! I blocked the gates with horse spawns! *A Guard shoots across the sky and tries to arrest me!* Me: ...that was really awkward timing... Me: *in Jail, looking at Cellmate* Don't try anything funny or I'll claw out your eyes and offer them to Sheogorath.

  14. I found even on max difficulty that the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood quests where too easy, but they're not the ones that bugged me. Mages Guild was hard before I upped the difficulty to max, after that I hated it even more. XD
  15. Most of the Mages Guild Quests, I felt like I was risking my neck a lot of the time and got hardly any reward...then with the likes of the Thieves Guild you do something minor and the rewards are awesome. So I don't like the Mages Guild Quests, the Bruma 'Pale Pass' quest, 'Garridan's Tears' and 'Ultimate Heist' (sometimes, only because it can be buggy). I love all the Shivering Isles quests, the Main Quest (though I wish it was longer) Dark Brotherhood Quests and Thieves Guild.
  16. Same here! One time I was playing my Godo savefile, and it was at 140-ish hours, next thing I know when I quit the game it was 148 hours! Didn't even feel that long!! Not enough hours in the day to play Oblivion. :(
  17. NPC: You'e got a real bounce to your step, I bet you're quite the acrobat! Me: SILENCE! *punches* Guard: STOP RIGHT THERE CRIMINAL SCUM! Me: *punches guard and gets arrested* NPC: HELP! MURDER! Me: HELP! I don't have the calming pants or a Sweetroll to give Fimmion! D: NPC: STOP THIEF! Me: STOP harassing me, I need the Sweetroll to get Calming Pants. o3o Guard: STOP CRIMINAL! Me: You're all idiots. Me: *shoots a horse with an arrow and kills it* *Dialogue window opens saying I've been kicked out of the thieves guild for stealing from a member* Me: F*** YOU THEN, THIEVES GUILD. Me: *kills the rat in the Sanctuary* *Dialogue window opens saying I've been kicked out of the the Dark Brotherhood for attacking a family member* Me: ...you're kidding, right? O.- Gang Lady: Awww, you're all alone...we can't have that now can we? Me: You know where more of my kind are and you're going to take me to them??! o3o Gang Lady: Here, come meet up with us at our farmhouse after 11PM, we'll all have fun. Me: You know the rules to playing Bandersnatching the Jabberwocky?! 8D Gang Lady: We'll talk later, remember to meet us at the farmhouse at 11PM. *later* Me: OK I'm here, where are my kin and the bear?! Gang Lady: There you are. So glad you could make it, now we can't have fun with you in all those clothes. Why don't you set them aside. Me: I WANT MY BEAR WITH THE HARPOON LAUNCHER ON IT'S BACK, OR I'M NOT PLAYING WITH YOU. Gang Lady: Ok girls, we have someone who won't cooperate! Me: *gets gang-killed* I never got my bear. D:
  18. i played Oblivion last night until it crashed epicly from summoning too many potatos in Sheogoraths throne room. :p
  19. I'm a huge SI fan, and my longest played for character is an 'annoying fan' of Sheogorath, and he's totally insane. Before I installed SI he just bugged everyone, now he's where he belongs!!
  20. if all else fails, press every button on your keyboard until the screen stops all animations, and a white dash (as appears when typing messages) should appear in usually the bottom left of the screen. Still don't see anything after trying EVERY button? Then sorry, no thieves Guild rewards for you! :(
  21. I saw some Dark Seducers once, and I can force Sheogorath to appear in the Hotel using the Whim Spell...just so long as we both spawn in the same place when I use it. XD
  22. I'd like to see spears and scripted claws for beast races, it says in the Khajiit information they like using their claws but they never do. o-o
  23. there are mods to help this but still have you tried punching his lights out yet? That's odd he's found me INSIDE my waterfront shack any number of times what mods are you using that prevent this? I don't use any mods that effect the guilds. He just won't enter my house, nobody but the guards will, doesn't bother me since I know exactly where guild members spawn when they search for you anyway. (which for Thieves Guild is ALWAYS Talos Plaza.)
  24. Amusei starts searching for you from Talos Plaza and works anti-clockwise around the Imperial City. He won't enter your house or any interiors, it must be outside. To open the cheat console, press ¬ on yourkeyboard and the screen will freeze the action, and then just type: setstage TG11Heist 10 If it still doesn't work after that, your game is broken.
  25. If I remember correctly, for the 'Big Heist' quest to start you need to let Amusei find you to give you the message of where the Gray Fox is. Try activating the 'Independant Thievery' quest and wait for 24 hours in the Talos Plaza District at the Imperial City, if Amusei doesn't appear then open the cheat console and type this: setstage TG11Heist 10 That should give you the message that Amusei has given you the message to meet the Gray Fox. If you won't/can't use the console, commit a crime in the Imperial City and go to Jail and serve your sentence, usually Amusei spawns right in front of you. If you haven't received a quest update on 'I have fenced -so much gold-. I should wait in the Imperial City' then you have little choice but to use the console.
