Oh yeah, why have I not thought of the console before? I do overlook the simple things quite often, so I guess that explains it :P Anyways, turns out the cave is from the follower mod Aurlyn Dawnstone. Might have something to do with her quest. Thank you very much for your help :)

While exploring Skyrim with a new character, I stumbled into a cave called Time's End, located just west of Serpent's Bluff Redoubt. Does anyone know which mod this cave comes from?
