Having fun with Oblivion after a few years of not playing it, downloading new AWESOME mods, but evrey single time I try to endorse a modders work it gives me an error, is this a site error? I don't know bu please fix it, I'm trying to support my follow modders here. Thanks! :)

NECROSIS HISTORY: After the Southern expansion of the Empire, many Isles were under Imperial rule. The biggest one located in the middle of the Topal Bay, directly South of the Imperial City, East of Black Marsh and West of Elsweyr, was desolated until it was conquered by Imperial Captain Servio Matius. After the Great Battle with the Argonians started because, the Argonians said that the island was originally part of Black Marsh. A cultural clash happened after it was divided among the Argonians and Imperials. Given the strange Flora and Fauna of the region, it did not take long until the Imperials got sick and so it was then, when the first plague of all times took place. The Imperial Chancellor decided that it was time to do something about it, so he sent one of the most brilliant Alchemist and Healer directly from the Arcane University, his name was Ethos Valan, born in Vvanderfell, his knowledge regarding the healing arts combined with resurrection, was unbeatable in the whole University. What it seemed to be a solution, ended being a bigger problem, after the arrival of Ethos to the island, it did not take long until the young alchemist went crazy surrounded by the horror and devastation of the local plague, he became a malicious necromancer. Charged with crimes of Necromancy, Cadaver Experimentation and Black Magic, the Emperor itself gave the order, that Ethos Valan should be exiled from the island, and brought to Justice. When the soldiers arrived, they where welcomed with an undead army, so it was too late, almost everyone was a zombie commanded by the Necromancer and the soldiers pulled back their attack and they went back to Cyrodiil. Currently the isle remains blocked and in quarantine, contained with magical barriers, the once local Argonians, escaped leaving the island more desolated that it was before the conquest. The only remaining city, has been given the name of Necrosis, and now the exotic and charming island, has been rename: Plague Island. If you like this idea for a mod and wanna join up, the project is open, specially anyone with skill/experience doing: Landscaping. Regioning. Quests. Voice Acting. Scripting. This mod is going to be a middle size one, not too big, not too small. I rather focus on doing things in wich I already have experience, instead of going back and foward, trying to do things I can't. I got this problem with the Panel as I was setting up the profile of Oblivion, I finish it up, click Apply and then when I got back to the panel to check something, the list of my games just dissapeared! It only displays HL2 and Max Payne 2... I've tried everything, from adding the .exe, to search in the list of default videogames profiles that comes with the panel. I need to gain control, since I wish to increase some settings for Oblivion and check what the hell happen with the Brightness setting wich seems to be gone from the video options in Oblivion. Ho well! I'm tired of searching for something like this and get the same old results on Google, so I've decided to look here for guidance. I have extensive knowledge on PS too bad it's mostly web desing and basic stuff when it comes to real creative things, I can defend myself and I have done several "online tuts" regarding textures, but I'm looking for something more... dedicated. Like a texture generator, yesterday I found the Texture Maker a very old and outdated software, (last official update on the site was in 2004 o_O ) so I need something a little mroe advance, and btw there's no guides about the software, anywho the textures generated where good ... for it's time, but as a designer myself I can see the buggy inside. Many things wrong and missplaced with that software, it has good things too! But without the basics or tuts I can't do much with this new tool. So it all boils down to find a new soft or a Photoshop Plugin, like a suite or something. I'm working on a new world space, from scratch got the land and statics working allright but I need a makeover, a new set of textures for my semi-tropical volcanic islands, and I need to create them myself, the problem with re-using textures is they never blend too well... and I want to make a breathtaking basic landscape. Any help and suggestions are appreciated, I will check this topic often to see if anyone can give me a hand with this. Thanks in advance! :)

Ok... I have version 1.7 installed, with all DLC's. Also Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch and YES I did load the game with nothing else besides Fallout3.esm and it seems that nothing works... This is just after the Tranquility Lane Quest, heading back to Rivet City with dad. If anyone knows how to solve this, without reinstalling the game, please let me know.
