You have to keep in mind that most if not all of the raiders and such are drug addicts and they generally won't be reasonable when it comes to combat and death so it kinda makes it more lore friendly to keep them the way they are than make them pussies.

Does anyone know how to insert your own paint mods to Fallout 4? I've been trying to figure this out on my own for hours now and I just cannot seem to figure it out.

So I have been trying to figure out how to add my own custom paint job to the Power Armors in the game but for the life of me I cannot find the .Ba2 file that contains the paint files. Do you guys know of any way to add your own paint job to the game or am I kinda out of luck here?

Does anyone know the name of the file in the Creation Kit where I could edit the amount of perk points you earn per level?
