Hi, Sorry if the title is confusing. I was wondering if there was a mod that allowed you to kill or steal something and if your not seen doing it you get away with it. As everyone knows you can be up on some high mountain in the middle of $%& nowhere and kill someone and your immediately hunted or you go to a town and the guards try to kill you which is completely ridiculous.(How is some stranger in some town 20 miles away or more gonna know you killed someone in the middle of nowhere??) Is there a mod that seeks to fix that??
