I was wondering what the general accent for each of the main races are. And if possible what are the accents for the Forsworn and the Snow Elves

Where do you think the modding community will be in the spring/summer of 2015? How big will it be? Will it still have a huge modding community? And why do you think so? I'm just asking this because I'm going to start an absolutely huge mod and I'm planning on it being done in that time window. -PTMA
