I've been having the same issue located in Ontario Canada. The only way I can get around this is with a VPN. I'm wondering if it's Trudope's Internet censorship bill C-18 and the big tech standoff providing web services to companies like Nexus. I'm seeing a similarity to the three of us. I'm suspecting there's a lot of IPs by Datacamp getting blocked due to fraudulent activity.
