Title and desc. says it all really- as a new player to Skyrim and a long-time lover of both Oblivion and Morrowind (Or more accurately, the modding communities of Oblivion and Morrowind), I have recently gotten my dirty, dirty hands on a 2,300$ Alienware Aurora with dual-screen capability- so I think I'm ready for Skyrim, which has been sitting in my steam library for a year now? Something close to a year, feels like. That said- Oblivion and Morrowind (as well as both recent Fallout games) had a set of absolutely stellar tools that could both modify load order and use script extenders (or maybe that was just Oblivion- idr). Is there one for Skyrim? I'd like my transition to be as smooth and painless as possible, and every last one of you modders rock- I really look forward to seeing your stuff. Help!

Foolproof method: All 6's All 10's All Kings All Jacks In the first round, discard cards until you have two or three 6's, 10's and kings. Get rid of all Jacks, and get rid of any copies you have over three until your hand is ready. Ideal hands: 10, 10, 10, 6, 6, 6, k, k 10, 10, 6, 6, 6, k, k, k 10, 10, 10, 6, 6, k, k, k Play one ten on each caravan (either before or after you play the 6's) Play one six on each caravan (either before or after you play the tens) Play one king on each ten (last) Use jacks to remove high-number cards in your opponent's caravans You will be (almost) guaranteed a win in nine turns. If this does not happen, just keep futzing with your opponent's caravans using Kings and Jacks (Honestly it doesn't matter which so long as the end result doesn't make the opponent's caravan = 21-26), targeting caravans with a total of 21-26. You will make money quickly and painlessly. Caravan was a decent idea, but it needs some severe refinement.

I like the regenerating ammo idea. Set the stock to 500, have it fully regenerated in 10 seconds. Low DP (9mm rank), low dmg (Like... 1), high cost to repair (Set the durability low-ish), 0 spread and compatible with Meltdown perk. Have it also, maybe, disintegrate armor by 1 durability per 'bullet'. -Issues you would run into: VATS firing, potentially. Too high or low makes it utterly useless in VATS -RNG for the 'misfire'/'bullet curve' thing that New Vegas has going. One shot every so often might skim sideways. As for the sound, why give it a sound? Maybe the beam is so intense that it literally dissolves air rather than creating a noise. Sound can only be created by rippling air molecules (or other molecules). It might simply fry said molecules into antimatter by whatever weirdness powers it.
