i have recently installed windows 7 64 bit(i had 32 bit) and nmm isnt working, like everything should be working, it has found skyrim, its allowed to change it (i turned off UAC) and the mods are in nmm, the plugins are all activated, skse is on, and everything is how it should be, but its not showing up in the game, except for the mod im making, and that dosent show up in nmm like my others did (befor changing to 64 bit)

i have recently made a follower using the creation kit, and i have done everything well and she follows me and everything, but she is very cowardly, i have been through all that traits and stats, put her up to brave, agressive and level 25, but she will still run from fights, some help wold be really appreciated
