I just upgraded, making sure that the path to my mod folder was correct, but my old installLog was in the same folder as all of my mods. The upgrade would not allow me to put both in the same folder, so I put the installLog in a sub-folder in the file with all of my mods. It worked beautifully. The only thing is that all of my intact mods are deactivated. I consider reactivating them a small price for the use of such a wonderful program as NMM. Thanks guys.
