Just an idea I thought might be pretty neat; If adventuring with a companion infected with lycanthropy, they will take beast form if you do. For instance; Running about in a dungeon with Aela, you use your beast form power...which triggers her to take beast form as well. When your beast form wears off, hers can then wear off too. The thought of fighting alongside other werewolves, as a pack in beast form, is just to damn cool to pass up I think.
