EDIT: Quincy, not "clancy", as in the Quincy ruins. It's Tessa's fist from the boss Tessa.

I think there's like on pair of power armor gloves in Clancy, but their a unique item. It's weird that a power armor part that is already implemented into the game isn't worked on at all, considering it's a pretty easy add.
