I was wondering if it is possible yet and if so if anyone would be interested in adding the AntAgonizer costume. I liked it in fallout 3 and would love to see it again:)

Now for someone who is really bored, I have a perfect suggestion. A "9" movie conversion for Fallout would be awesome. The world is already in place, so someone "just" has to mod in the "9" little sack people and evil machines, as well as the weapons. Of course, the sack people also have to be properly scaled. Someone should get on this asap.

OK thank you very much to both for responding. I will try both when I get home and hope it will fix the problem. Is the desktop a safe place to put the files? As for the fallout3.ini no I did not as I didn't even know the game could run with out it but I will try that as well. Would it be better to just reinstall the game and then just transfer the data folder and dump it in or would I need to delete it any way? Edit: and to respond to the other post I will try asking them as well if this doesn't work though the people here seem to know more about fixing problems than they do oddly enough. That seemed to work for the most part thank you very much. Just have some random freeze zones that i cant walk through but that was the same on the other computer :).

To make a long story short I got a new computer and transfered my games onto it. They all work except Fallout 3 which always freezes after about a min of trying to play in the game. I thought maybe i would have to go back to fileplanet and redownload it which i did and installed again. Didnt change any thing... I tried it with no patches,tried it with patches 1.1 and 1.7 but didnt change any thing. With or with out mods it made no diffrence. I tried running it as admin as well as in compatability mode for windows xp (this computer is windows 7) and it still didnt work. sigh :( I know very little about computers so I am sure there is some thing I have to be missing here and since I dont know how many times I can down load from fileplanet before I have to buy it again I decided to ask. My system specs are windows 7 64 bit, 4gb ram, Intel core i7 cpu 860 @ 2.8 GHz 2.8 and 500 gb hard drive. Any help that any one could offer would really be appreciated. Oblivion and morrowind are running just fine on it as are my other games so I dont understand whats going on here.

That file is copyright protected by Bethesda. Uploading it here is against the User Agreement. Without the disks you may just have to purchase another copy. Rabbit Most sites will let you down load the game a couple of times in case you need to do a reinstall. You might want to just check the place you bought it from and see if down loading and reinstalling it is a option.

Yes you can from their direct to drive. I dont really have much of an option I live in a small town and the closest game store is 50 miles away unless you count fredmeyers lol. I am trying to down load it again but i dont think it was corrupted as it didnt say "corrupted file", it said the file was not supported by this version of windows. I am trying it with their download manager this time which i forgot to install last time; that may be the reason at least I really hope so because I dont knwo what else to do:( If this doesnt work and no one here can help guess i will try getting a refund sigh:( Edit Ok that worked sorry for the post I dont know how I forgot that x.x.

Ok so I bought a new computer and bought a new copy of fallout 3 from file planet and downloaded it. However when ever I try to run the instal it says it doesnt reconize this version of windows????? Does fallout 3 from fileplanet not run on windows 7 and is there anyway to instal it? I am afraid i dont know much about computers please help:(

as i wrote before, there's no death penality in my country, and criminals are not more dangerous than in yours. and "alive" doesn't mean "free" Very true, I agree it doesnt make them more dangerous but as long as they are alive they are dangerous and there is no way to be sure they will not be paroled in the future or that they will not escape. You have good points and i respect them it is all a matter of how you look at it I suppose.

i never heard that somebody killed another one without reason. there's always a reason. a bad reason, obviously, because i can't see any good reason to kill someone. but i think you don't understand my post: no one would have the right to kill. nor government nor criminal. it's an utopia, sure, but consider one thing, death penality had never afraid murderers, just incited them to be more carefull. Your country is the last big democracy that maintain death penality, but i don't really know how is the life in USA, so answer me; do you really think there would be more crime without the death penality ? in France, it was abolished in 1981, and beleive me, there was no deterioration of the secutiry after that. you're maybe too young to understand the true value of the life. i recommand you to read that: Amnesty international and think about that: everyone is sure to be on the right side, but what will you do if you are on the bad side one day, will you accept your own death? -> burnagirl as i know, death penality was abolished in south africa. I would have to say house redoran is the one i like the most as they seem to be the most honerable and you help more than you hunt others. However their stronghold is pathetic in my opinion. Telvanni is a close second , I love the look of their towers. I have never given hlaalu much of a chance because they seem like sellouts working for the imperials against the other elves and their own people. Also they seem so corrupt and the biggest reason is i cant stand what you have to do for the peverted old man,forget his name :wallbash:, they seem like the perfect example of destroying the culture of the dunmer.

I have to say yes the goverment and the people have every right to put someone to death. I is the goverments job to protect it's people it is only recently and in a peacful and wealthy setting that we have started to ask these questions when we have the luxery of doing so. The remark that we should keep it at 1 instead of killing the person and making it two lacks logic in my opinion. What if the killer then kills three more people because you didnt want to make it two people killed? Your right now it isnt two now it is four so that doesnt really work does it. Also the idea of letting the family decide is a bad one. What if the killer is in a gang and the gang simply threatens the family into giving them a light sentance? When you kill another person you give up your life as you took theirs, people need to learn to live with the results of their actions, also the idea that the guard that do the death penalty become murders is interesting, does this mean if you dont kill the person and he kills again the ones that banned the death penalty should be considered murders? I mean it is their fault he had a chance to kill again. Also in the same line what gives you the right to decide it is worth risking my life to keep him alive? I dont really care if the death penalty makes someone think twice before commiting a crime it's purpose is to stop them from doing it again. I personaly think the best way to deter someone from commiting rape or murder would be to bring back torture :whistling:. Many are not scared of dieing but almost all would be scared of troture. Yes mistakes can be made and the wrong person can be convicted but this is a very small chance and it is just the way life works nothing is perfect. I fail to see why people care more about the criminal than the persons life he just destroyed. The reason the law does not deter people is because it has become too soft.

Ok I know alot of people didnt like it but i did. What I was wondering is this; I am doing some modding in it and part of that was putting the elerians back into the game. However I have some problems. I have alot of it done but i screwed up somewhere and it erased the mining for the elerians and just the elreians and says -9999 on the customize rase sheet....anyone have an idea how to fix this? Also would anyone be willing to put together some diplomacy screens for them as i am afraid that is beyond my abilitys?

I would rather have had it as a player home
