Call me a romantic but I just thought this was sooo sweet. While many others are looking for a way to divorce their spouses after being married less than a week...you marry a woman who cannot die and have decidedly pursued her because of such. That just tickles me pink. Sooo sweet. I'm giving you a kudos just for being so lovable.

I have done it by accident...not having read the "Do not post spoilers in this section" and quite frankly not really knowing what I was about to write may have been a spoiler. I didn't know how to delete it. I wish there were a way of deleting your post..if there is, I don't know how to do it..but all I could do is to warn people by putting **Spoiler Alert** I wasn't looking for a free pass. I just made a mistake. It happens.

Oh, I could do animal sounds. I'd be better at that than voice acting. So if you need a mooer or a woofer, I can do that! I say, why not just revoice everything in Skyrim. Do little froggy ribits, crow cawling and grasshopper chirps, you know, the works. That would be totally awesome. I think we should do this and get totally carried away with it. Throw ourselves into it. We'll call it the NexusForum voice mod. It'll be great. Sought after world wide.

Orcs. Ew, so ugly. I know that's superficial but really...ew!

No game is going to please everyone and no game is going to make everyone or anyone perfectly happy. I don't think it's realistic. Each game has it's faults and some games have more faults than others. I like Skyrim a lot. The only reason why I haven't been playing it as much as I did previous Elder Scrolls games is because I discovered online gaming. And it's not that I think that online gaming, any of them...although I've only played one... are better than Skyrim. I really miss the social interaction you get with online gaming. The idea of Skyrim being multi player wigged me out before I played an online game but now I think it may have been a pretty cool idea. But really, that's the only reason I'm not as obsessed with Skyrim as I could be.

I'm not a good modder, I'm a beginner. But the first thing I'm going to do is to rearrange my home. Get the cobwebs out. And redecorate everything. I don't know if I'll upload anything for the tesnexus users to download but I do plan on making a lot of easy personal mods. If I think one is good enough, I'll share. But I think there's going to be all kinds of mods....too many to say which one will be the most popular or significant. I'd enjoy almost anything.

This sounds like a lot of fun! And the more accents, the better. Who cares if they're Northern accents. I cracked up just thinking about how that "took an arrow to the knee" line is going to be played out by different people. A lot of silly stuff, I'm sure. I wouldn't mind at all. I like silly. If this became a mod, I'd definitely download it. And I think it would be great if each guard had a different voice. All the guards seem to have the same voice if they're from the same town. If I remember correctly. The guards from the same town can have different accents. It would just make it funner. :D I say, Go for it. Great idea, OP!

Hi, Anyone know the best merchant to buy from? All the merchants I run into only seem to have 750 gold give or take a few. Anyone know where there's someone I can really unload a lot of stuff on? Thanks in advance.

Has anyone seen Johnny Depp in Skyrim?
Pineapplerum replied to CalibanX's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
None of the guys have really caught my eye. Except maybe one but I forget where I saw him. But there does seem to be a lack of good looking men....they're mostly pretty much average. Which is fine. I'm sure someone will mod us up some hunks. :D TimF, that's the one I liked. He hires himself, right? I'll have to go back and find him. -
The Greybeards have stopped giving me words altogether. I don't know why. I still got plenty to go. I found some words on my own and I'm thinking maybe that has something to do with it.

Are the treasure map chests spawning random loot?
Pineapplerum replied to ZombieInfected's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
What treasure map chest? I found a map for a treasure but I didn't bother looking for it. But from what you wrote, sounds like I'm not missing much. -

What I don't get is why the people who are having issues with Steam are now attacking, quite viciously, the people who aren't having issues with Steam, too. Just because I say I don't have any issues with Steam doesn't mean that I'm attacking you or anyone else who doesn't like Steam. I'm just making a factual statement. I've never had any issues with Steam. I'm not trying to troll anyone and I'm not saying that others aren't having issues with Steam.... I have not noticed any slow down in my computer because of Steam I don't think and I don't care if people are using my info from using Steam for promotional purposes of other games, I basically expect there not to be any privacy when using the internet...I've accepted that fact. For me, it was nice not to have to go hunting for a patch to the game when one was available and especially when I didn't even know one was available..whereas others find it annoying that they install the patches automatically through Steam. Isn't there a way to disable that? I would think. I don't know. I like the idea of my game data being stored for me in the event my computer dies or there's a catastrophy of some kind that destroys everything I own...at least I'll still have my Skyrim data. Even though I won't have a computer to play it on. It's okay for people to actually not mind that we have to go through Steam to play the game. And it's okay for people not to like having to go through Steam to play the game. If someone starts a thread saying they hate having to go through Steam to play Skyrim, of course there are going to be people who are going to reply to the thread saying that they don't mind Steam and it doesn't bother them. I haven't read any one who supports Steam insulting people who don't like STeam but I read about 3 posts from people who don't like Steam insulting people who don't mind. So, for the person who wrote "It's usually the people who start a thread supporting Steam who are the trolls..." Um, no, I don't think so. I think people calling people who don't mind using Steamtrolls may be. (And I did not twist any words...read the first sentence of that post and it clearly states what I replied to.) I really don't understand what all the whaaa hooo is about. With Sims 2 they used Securom and I could understand why such a fuss was made about it...it destroyed peoples' computers...thousands of it happening reported. From what I understand Steam hasn't destroyed anyone's computer. When you purchased the game, you knew it was going to have to be played through Steam. YOu knew you were purchasing a game that was only yours as long as Steam existed. You knew you would have to have to go online to download it and you knew you'd have a big fat security guard sitting in the back of your car. You accepted that when you purchased the game. I did. If you didn't want to play through Steam than you had the option of playing a console version of the game..if you really wanted to play the PC in spite of Steam but want to come and complain about it anyway..go right ahead, it's no biggie. But don't go insulting ME because YOU don't like Steam and I don't have issues with it. Back off. It's really hard to take your issues with Steam to heart and feel compassion for you if you're going to start attacking people who don't have issues with Steam. I guess I'm the fat security guards sidekick sitting in the back of your car. Oh, boo hoo hoo.
-
So, if I don't have issues with Steam and say as such than I'm a troll? Really? Hmmm.
-
You must have a lot of patience. I cannot move things in the game. They always flip around the wrong way and won't stay put. I don't know how you found the patience to do what you did with your house but it looks great. Very nice. I'll do that to my house when the CS comes out.

Why we remember Morrowind as the best
Pineapplerum replied to evermore's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
I don't understand why they took out so much of the good stuff from Morrowind. The game hasn't been dumbed down, it's been butchered. I can't get over Morrowinds graphics, though...after playing ES IV and V. But the game itself has so much more character and spirit. It's like the people making the game really wanted to make a really good game and they put their passion into it. It doesn't feel like the case for ES IV and V. Don't get me wrong, I love Oblivion and Skyrim but after revisiting Morrowind...it becomes obvious pretty quickly that the series has lost a lot of it's "guts". And Morrowind was fascinating. Those deep dungeons with those men running around in diapers and clubs with their eyes scooped out of their heads...omg, it was wild. And they'd sit there quietly whispering and worshiping a God that was only using them as pawns. I never played a game that made me feel so sorry for the enemy. I seriously did not want to kill them because I felt sorry for them. I use to try to out run them or avoid them. And it's' funny because when I first encountered them, they use to scare the hell out of me and I'd avoid them for that reason. If they could make another game with Morrowind's guts but with graphics up to date...they'd have the freaking game of the decade....easy. -

Lol, maybe the Elder Scrolls just isn't the game for you? You think? -
Poor Lydia. A slave. :ermm:

At first I didn't see it as being funny. But the more I see it...and it's gone viral...the funnier it becomes just because it is so out of control. That makes it funny. I love ridiculousness sometimes. It can be very silly and amusing.

That guard died instantly from an arrow shot in the knee? Come on! What a wuss!
