Been having this issue and I thought maybe someone has run into this before and found a fix. In towns and cities, I get this visual static appearing and disappearing. Not long my game CTD. Anyone have an idea how I might fix this? The static is what you would see on old tvs. Think Poltergiest. Thanks in advance for the help.

You know I googled this same topic, changing an NPC's looks and found these posts. I too want to thank KaptenN. I took a look at the link and this mod Alternative Actors looks like it is exactly what I'm looking for. Can't wait to try it out.

In response to post #10456565. #10456667, #10456686 are all replies on the same post. Correct me if I am wrong but I think they are making major improvements to Nexus and have run into a few issues that require a little patience on our part to fix. Not the end of the world right?

At this point I think I would have just thrown my arms in the air and said F-it. We know you guys are working hard so don't stress. Actually I should thank you. It is because of this week that I finally learned how to install manually.
