  1. In response to post #40015630. #40058265, #40085015, #40091830 are all replies on the same post. The reality is that people with very limited experience or knowledge of mods, can use NMM as a starting platform to jump into the modding scene. NMM is easy to install and to use. MO takes some knowledge and practice, its not outright easy to use, for lets say, a 10-12 year old kid who just wants to add a few mods to his/her game. Try explaining everything you just said to someone who has never modded a day in their life, they'll give you the "wtf" face...lol! NMM for a complete beginner is a simple tool to get started with, and panders to a wider range of users on both sides of the spectrum, that being authors and casual gamers. Smart business savvy people understand that to get more customers/clients, you need to expand your horizons and cater to all types of users. MO isn't as widely used, because it has a harder learning curve. It's great for everything it can do, and in your opinion does some things better than NMM, but this is circumstantial, due to your preference of features.
  2. Thank You dark one, that was answer I was looking for!
  3. Yea I don't have any delete button, unfortunately! I don't know how to put a picture, but there is no option for me to delete any comments! So basically your saying I can't use the delete feature until I am recognized by the collective, by having a crap ton of downloads?
  4. As a mod author, how do I delete user comments from the discussion post?
  5. I truly believe this site has actually helped play a part in changing the face of the gaming industry. We should expect for companies to start designing their games and engines to allow for modifications, at a commercial level. The easy accessibility and simplification of applying mods, (what was once regarded as "advanced" computer use)that this site provides really has opened up a huge market for creativity and interest. This site and the mod manager, I believe help smooth the learning curve on both sides, hosting your own mods and applying mods to your game. People who were interested in modding but don't know where to begin can easily jump into modding through this site and community. I think the gaming community has noticed this and interest has peaked across the board, console, PC, and mobile. Without this site, I would have missed out on an entirely unique experience within the world of gaming. Over 10 million registered users, using your site, and growing. I would say you accomplished your goal and then some. Thank You for everything!
  6. I want to put a picture in my comment. Is that possible and how?
