Bards don't sing

Hi, I have a problem. The inn bards stopped singing and playing. They walk around the inns like crazies. Does anyone got this as well? I use mods of course.

I have the same problem. in addition, and maybe the cause, they walk around the inns like crazies. Any news on that?
