No mods downloaded either with or without NMM work whatsoever. I even have F4SE but nothing works.

I'm using NMM and I never had to do that in that past for anything to work.

I can't seem to find the problem with my FO4. Some mods are slightly appearing but don't properly show up. Such as the MCM. When I pause my game, it shows up as "$MOD_MENU" and when I open it nothing shows up. I've installed F4SE and use the proper launcher but it doesn't help anything. And i'm sure i'm installing them correctly because this isn't my first time modding and i've been checking with installation videos to make sure i'm doing it right. Help.
