Solved it: just bad files, had to validate by steam then it worked.

I searched around and didnt see any problem like this. The creation kit seems fine but the only area that suddenly has a problem is the Scene tab in quests. As you can see from the picture its acting odd, I can move around all of the package and dialogue and time tabs all over the place they dont snap to the phases and I cant right click or edit any existing ones. sweet thread dude, cant wait to really get into the modding, for some reason I'm really lazy about it. can anyone tell me what instail of nifskope I need, if I really even need it and python 2 because I really dont want to download them, im certain they crashed my comp last time
