  1. It would appear that my problem was that i was using v 1.0 of paradox eve merger. I have updates to v1.1 and all appears to be well. The game loads just fine. I assume that the mod will function in game as well so i thank you for your help. :biggrin: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

I Tried a fresh install installing in the following order FWE part 1 6.0 FWE part 2 6.0 FWE Hotfix 6.03 MMM 6.1 MMM Update 6.2 WMK 1.19 WMK DLC addons 1.19 WMK FWE Patch 1.19 Fallout Redesigned v2.72 Paradox EVE (made fresh with new EVE v097 Files+Patches) Blackened FWE - MMM - EVE - Project Beauty 1.2 The Merge was made with the meshes, textures, and sounds of: EVE 097 Main, Operation Anchorage Fix, Newest Update and Updated Mesh in that order. No other mods were installed execpt FOSE v1.2b2 The Load screen was visible for ~10sec, then the titles play and the game hangs on the menu screen with no buttons. when i alt-tab out the "Fallout has stopped responding" is showing and then it CTD's Edit: Spelling Adjustments
  3. How do I use the Unofficial EVE compatibility patch with Paradox Ignition and Blackened patches. I'm trying to use the FWE, WMK, MMM and Project Beauty version. I'm probably missing something blindingly obvious but the Unofficial EVE Patch needs the normal base EVE? I can use standard EVE with FOIP no problem but the paradox/blackened should use less esm/esp's so would likely be more stable. Without the Unofficial Patch I have no menus so not useing it is not an option. Any Ideas?
  4. There appears to be no reason why you can't enable both the armor and sword at the same time because they both use completely separate meshes and textures. Furthermore if you disable any mod that is loaded into an existing save, the items that that particular mod adds will disappear from the inventory and/or chest you may be storing it in. I can't comment on the "Arthas the Litch King" mod because i have never played it.
  5. As far as i am aware, there should not be a "Steam Apps" folder. It should all be one word - steamapps (Capitals and lowercase make no difference). Is it just Skyrim in that folder? If not could you provide a list of directories?
  6. I was just about to post the same problem when i saw your post :D I have only tried Honeyside in Riften so far though. I asked Constance to let me adopt a child first and when she said I needed a room, I bought the one in riften.The conversation topic to buy the room wont go away from Aurial's Dialogue options and, as far as i can see, hasn't appeared in Honeyside. Constance still won't let me adopt either I assume it is a common problem because this is found on the uesp wiki: You may not be able to adopt children after failing to have a room for them the first time. Any workaround with console to advance quest, start scripts, change dialogue etc?
  7. I used a house mod from the steam workshop and I can't remember what it is called. It used to be quite high on the popular mod list. It is situated east of whiterun at the base of the mountain with the thoat of the world on. The first room has a large fireplace with smithing area and bookshelves on the walls. There are three doors, one leads to a potion room, one to an enchating room and one to the next part of the house. In the next part of the house is a corridor with a room on each side. The left room has a few manequins in it and the right hand room has weapon racks. Furthur along the corridor are some stairs leading down into a room with a hearth and cooking pot. On a raised platform is a bed and some wardrobes overlooking a large waterfall and short underground river. Does anyone know what it is called or provide a link?

  9. Can a mod change video settings? or pehaps limit them. Whenever i set my view distances(item, object, npc, tree etc) or shadows, something automatically reduces them as soon as I resume the game. There was no problem before I used this current mod set and the mods themselves all work fine. Does Oblivion itself reduce GFX if it thinks it needs to? I have a few texture/mesh replacements active as well as the below list such as Qarl's Texture Pack 3 - Redimized and the Improved Armory Collection to name a couple. Any Ideas??
