Itsthetimewizard

Just started today and already can't play the game. All the textures are horribly broken so all that's visible are these giant overlapping polygons. All the speech and scripts are behaving normally as far as I can tell from the intro scene. Even when i turn off all the mods, it behaves this way. I'm playing through SKSE and only have immersive armors and RaceMenu. Anyone know what the issue is or how I can fix it?
