Thank you myztikrice, that actually worked like a charm, I've been using the mod for so many playthroughs the I've almost all but forgot that it does mod the perk tree! So no wonder why I didn't realize that it would cause issues. Either way I'm grateful for all the help and happy to be playing my beloved Skyrim again, Cheers!

Alright so I've fixed the load order to the above mentioned order, and still nothing, The warrior modules and the thief modules are still not working.

alright, so I've recently switched from Skyre to Perma and ive gone through the whole process of making sure theres no CTD on startup, Theres no appearent conflicts, I've checked through both Wyre and MO. When i run the game everything works fine except for the warrior module and the thief module, like i still have vanilla perk trees for sneak light armor and all the other perk trees that it edits. Im having many problems and need help fixing. Its mostly just that im getting CTD or freezes at random spots at about 2-10 min into the game. I've been working at this for quite a few hours now and I still have not come up with a fix. Also i feel like my system should be running 60 fps on at least high settings because optimized is ultra high but im bary getting 30-40 on med on the lowest settings i get 60 but any higher i get 30-40. I am new at modding, ive only been doing it for about 3-4 weeks now and this is the first time ive had a problem this serious, I have read up on a lot of the mods about compatibility and i dont think there are any problems(but then again ive bene at this for over several hours).
