Same problem for me. CTD during start. The fix for me is to disable the unofficial Fallout patch. I don't use FOSE or Minuteman Overhaul.

I tried the FPS too low cure by reducing the number of mods and by reducing the Skyrim HD from full to lite which is half resolution. I found that fewer objects flew around and there were much less noisy. I tried the FPS was too high cure by enabling Vsync on my 60Hz monitor. I found this resolved the problem and I didn't have a CTD during an hour of play. Thank you both for the hints. Much appreciated. May I ask how you get the FPS to display in the game?

When I enter a room or area with a lot of loose objects like food, cups, plates, pots, bottles, etc many of them fly around the room mostly ending up on the floor after bouncing a bit. Doesn't happen everytime but most often. The number of items flying around varies from one or two items to a dozen. This is a new start with character now at level 10. I have tried new starts three times with different load orders and a reduction in number of mods to the ones listed below. No change in the objects flying around. I suspect ENB or ENB Boost because when I was installing them there was mention of stuff flying around. I triedd to retrace my steps but can't find that tidbit of info anywhere. Somehow someway I have the entrance to vanilla places such as the entrance to a tavern or cave in the wrong language. Everything else, mods, items, people, all have the correct language for me, English. Can someone point me in a direction to look. Thanks.
