Heya, so i recently came back to starbound after a break and i had an idea for a mod that as far as i can tell, hasn't been made yet. My idea is to give the players the ability to choose not just their race and appearance at the start of the game, but to let them choose all of the other related styles aswell such as: ~ Their Ship ~ Their Ship Pet ~ Their Ships's VI ~ Their Crafting Style ~ Their Speech Style And i think it might also be a good idea to have an option to temporarily hide the clothes during character creation to be able to see some of the options that are normally impossible to tell the difference between because they are hidden by the clothes such as human bras. I think it would let you create much more diverse characters and let people have more of what they want. If anyone would like to make this mod please feel free and let me know!

i noticed that but i'm not sure how to equip the group set?

It used to work when i had 2 steel katanas, i'd just press the hotkey twice and it would give me them both :/ Could be because i dual wield two different weapons? I usually go dagger/sword yeah, they wouldn't stack if they are different items

i've now tested it with steel broadswords and it has the same problem, so it's not likely an effect of immersive weapons.

(Improved weapons not stacking) I've recently started playing with a dual wielding character and i've noticed a few problems, the main one being that i can't have 2 [fine] or higher improved weapons on the same hotkey the way i could with weapons i hadn't improved at the grindstone. For some reason it separates the two weapons instead of stacking them which means i have to use 2 hotkeys to equip my blades now. It may be worth noting that the weapons i'm using are steel katanas from immersive weapons. I've also tested it with steel sabers and had the same problem, i'm about to test whether it happens with vanilla weapons too. I've looked on the nexus and i can't seem to find a fix or mod for it, in fact i can't seem to find many mods at all for dual wielding. If anyone could point me in the direction of a mod that could fix this for me or create one themself that would be very much appreciated. :smile:
