  1. It is pyhics baised so i dont think disabling it will do anything. Its a bug in the code im pretty sure that only getting the code and doing stuff with that would fix it. It isn't like a normal stutter its like a jitter.
  2. I wouldnt know what i would have to tweak in order to fix this. At a massive lose with this.
  3. I have tried all the things you have said about about, I don't think it is anything to do with apart from the game engine. I think there something up wih, which causes my person and the ground to de-sync as this only happens when sprint and running over a pot hole or running over uneven. This is seen as i can use the tcl to make it work. There must be something to do with the collision in game, I just can't get my head round how to fix it tho. It seems like maybe its the coding in the game maybe.
  4. My hat goes off to you!!! It improved it somewhat but still noticeable at parts, but at least itâs getting better! Strange thing is tho I put my game in 3440x1440 and it comes back lol
  5. Iâm not sure what the problem could be then as all stutter disappears when TCL is active. This makes me even more confused lol. I doubt it could be anything hardware related. I thought maybe a physical error in game? But I wouldnât know about fixing it. I thought it might be something to do with the ground and sprinting animation not working together. Edit: I have only found one other post that talks about this issue and itâs something to do with sprinting animation. They said there was a bug in oblivion that was the same. It seems this bug isnât a common one as I canât find much on it. There are no real fixes apart from TCL and ifpsclamp 60.
  6. Hi, have Just checked the usage and itâs semmes that the cpu is using round 25-30% where the gpu is using 77-80% not sure if thatâs a issue or not but from what you said that seems bad. My god is a solid 60 at all times. Edit: it seems that turning collision off makes the stutter disappear completely.
  7. I donât think it is hardware as I played it on my fathers pc and the stutter was still there. Fallout is the only game I get stutter. Even the old fallouts run perfect and skyrim se runs like butter. I just have games installed. I have no other programs installed really, nothing that would impact it. I did run cclear and did what you said. I have got rid of mostly all windows programs, Iâm not sure if itâs a v-ram problem, itâs possibly could be but when look at my graph itâs seem to be using it well.
  8. Hi again àI have tried each method you guys have said and still nothing. The enb boost didnt really help me, it just stayed the same. I downloaded fallout performace monitor and I wasnât sure what to look out for. I'm starting to worry as no fix is working, or it might be me being stupid. Sorry for late reply been playing games with friends and havent had time to do testing. Edit: anything I have done hasnât even made the stutter better, itâs just like it doesnât change whatever I do.
  9. I will try the enb. Iâm thinking I might have to go back to windows 7 as I feel it could be windows 10.
  10. Yeah I have tried that ebb before but it didnât do much. I will have another go. I thought it might be something to do with game engine but I obviously might be wrong lol.
  11. Well itâs kind of like if you were running while holding a video camera then look back at it and itâs a constant stutter and itâs just constantly moving. I wouldnât know which one it would be from the two you have mentioned. The stutter is all the time while sprinting in first person where ever I am sprinting itâs stuttering. It doesnât stutter while walking but sometimes it does stutter abit, dunno if that helps.
  12. I have spent many nights trying to find solutions but I couldnât and I got fed up and started posting my own questions on forums. I might have to change, just donât want to waste my money as i bought windows 10 for 30 pound lol. Iâm getting back to my house for 10.30 so I will try fixes in abit. I hope I can get the game sorted as I really enjoy the mods side of it. I tried fallout on my fathers pc which is also a i7-7700k with a 1060 amd boom same problem. There was stuttering every where. The only way I managed to fix this stutter even a little bit is ifpsclamp=60 but that breaks the games. I think if I canât find a solution this time round Iâm gonna have to uninstall the game and just give up.
  13. It just makes me sad because I really want to like this game but due to stutter I canât play it so I have gone back to new Vegas. I just feel like if they are gonna put out paid mods they should make a stable game and not let people make bandaid fixes.
  14. Running good old windows 10 lol Stuttering everywhere but seems to get worse as I sprint if that makes sense. No I donât go rid of it, still got the drivers tho Iâm not 100% sure will check later and let you know (not at my house) What kinda of windows services I donât think I have disabled them and I wouldnât know how. I have turned all my overlays off, when I get back I will start f4 and purge everything then post results. It seems my issue is a common one yet, there havenât been any fixes for me that worked. Edit: will have a look at that and let you know. Why is this game so buggy?!?!
