  1. After going through my list multiple times and asking questions I have update my planned mod list here it is. I am gonna be forgoing MMM so I have no need for a mod to control what spawns when. I do have a couple of question however, 1.What's everyone thought when it comes to Maskar's Oblivion Overhaul,when it comes to lore friendliness and general quality especially when paired with OOO because from what I've read MOO is very customize able and doesn't conflict with a lot stuff,but I still find myself on the fence when comes to weather I want to use it.What are your thoughts on and is it true that I can disable aspects or creature I don't find lore friendly like the Mimics for example ? 2.Do any of you use Oblivifall Losing my Religion if so do you use it alongside Better Cities,I am asking because I am wondering if the incompatibilities have been fixed? 3.How does my list look now in terms of Compatibility and Stability but also in terms of am I missing anything?

So after reading your posts and the two linked guides I refined my list some more Here's an update I removed MMM,Streamline,Oblivion Script Optimization,No More Quest Items,Keyring,Keychain Shivering Isles,OBGE,Stirk and Denock Arrow from my list. I made sure to include the enhanced economy patch to my list,The mod return stole items as nothing to do with thievery but instead allows you to return the items stolen by the Sirens to their owners and denock arrow is handled by COBL. As far as combat mods are concerned I think I will stick just with Vanilla Combat Enhanced,since it seem to accomplish what I am looking for without tacking on a lot of bells and whistles I don't want. I should be able to run Better Cities,Unique Landscapes and other graphical mods just fine since this is a new computer from the one I mentioned in my first post. I also removed the mods Minotaur Encampment,Glenmoril Covens and Productive Mine to since they seem to conflict with UL. I do have some more questions. 1.My monitors resolution is 1920x1080 so if I were to set a custom FOV would I need this mod,https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/47696 ? 2.Which ENB would you reccomend between Eidolon and KD ENB for Oblivion Reloaded,or do you reccomend forgoing ENB's and just using the ENBoost Memory Patch ? 3.I am having a hard time choosing between CC's Skyblivion Ayleid Ruins Retexture and Gecko's Aylied Ruin Retexture V2 No Paralax ? Any other thoughts or advice.

I've been planning to do a play through of modded Oblivion for a really long time,I just never got around to it,at first because my old computer couldn't run it that well,so a heavily modded install wasn't gonna be a thing and then it was just making the time.But with the start of Sorcererdave's 3rd Oblivion LP it really made want to start a play-through soon.So I came to the nexus looking in all the mod categories pick out mods that interested me then narrowed that down further into mods I want to use in my play through,also looking at Bevilex's guide and what Dave is using in his LP. So here is my proposed mod list for my installation using the version from GOG. Quick note:I haven't installed any mods yet or anything like that,my list separated by mod category and obviously not in load order. So my questions are 1.How does this plan look, any suggestions\recommendations,alterations\changes you would make or does it look good ? (I might not some mods listed because I decided I didn't want to use it or I just didn't know about or think about it so any suggestions are welcome) 2.What Mod Organizer is recommended Wrye Bash or Mod Organizer with OBMM for OMOD files ? (I know certain mods like Darnified UI are a pain to install if not using the OMOD version) 3.I have Vanilla Combat Enhanced on my list because I do want some kind of mod to improve combat to help further alleviate the issue that enemies become damage sponges at higher levels,is this mod recommended or do you have a different recommendation ? ( I not using Deadly Reflex because it I don't particular care for some of its changes.) 4.How does Mart's Monster Mod work,do I get all the monsters included in the mod or do I get to choose which I encounter so I can filter out monsters that aren't lore friendly ? I am not sure if I am forgetting anything but any advice is appreciated.
  4. I have been playing Morrowind using the Rebirth mod with pretty much no issues. Until just recently One problem I had and solved involved a quest for Nelos Onmar as part of the mod LGNPC Pelagiad, where I had to find a package that was hidden for him somewhere between Pelagiad and Dren Plantation.I was worried that it was clipped into a rock or the landscape but nope I eventually found it floating in mid air,this being to do to a landscape conflict.Since in vanilla Morrowind that area is just a land but Rebirth adds a small stream.But no big deal problem solved thought it did break my immersion a bit. Then I had another issue,involving LGNPC Pelagiad this time during the Mebestian's Assist Quest,I had gotten to the part where I had to come up with a new slogan for the store and after picking one Mebestian would not recognize that I made a decision and give me my payment.I fixed that problem with the console.Then I did that part where you give him the Frost Salts then he has you deliver them to a Khajiit named Toni'i who promptly eats them and dies.I went back and told Mebestian and told about what happened and now the assistant dialogue is missing and I can't continue the quest and I don't know why or how to fix it.I know for fact having done this quest before on other play-throughs that the quest does not end here,so this shouldn't be happening. My other issue is more minor,I am using the Morrowind Acoustic Overhaul and occasionally after playing a for a little bit the music starts to get distorted and staticky a quick save and then a reload usually fixes it for a little bit but it always comes back.I have no idea how to fix this issue because I didn't have it in my other install using that mod. Here is my mod list and load order Don't know if this would effect anything but this install is on my SSD while my other install is on my regular Hard Drive.

  8. No mesh fixes and improvements.ok checked.Anything else I should look out for or is that it,or I am all set?

I have planning to for a while now to do a play through of Morrowind using the Rebirth Mod even more so that I have a gaming computer so I can actually enjoy with MGE XE and all the bells and whistles. Part of the planning process is coming up with the list of what mods I plan to use for this playthrough.I've done so making sure to keep compatibility in mind and going with what I really want plus making sure I was just reinstalling stuff that already came with MGSO and hasn't been updated since.But of course I could have made mistakes.So I thought I should get a second opinion. So here is my proposed mod list of a playthrough of Morrowind with the Rebirth Mod. This is of course not organized by load order but by mod type since I am not at that stage yet.I am looking for advice are their mods I should cut out,am I missing some good ones,compatibility issues and other suggestions.I was also wondering if anyone knows of a good house mod that is lore friendly and rebirth compatible.I am using an MGSO V3 plus rebirth install as a base then tweaking,updated to my tastes or at least that's the plan.

If that's what the debris cell feature does than I have no clue why all my items that I stored in containers are now gone.Only the stuff that out and about on shelves or elsewhere in the cell was spared but everything in containers was wiped. I checked the readme for the Oridinator Companion and no luck.I will have to try those commands for Julan to see if stops being in the combat pose when idle. As for the Alchemy Mod,I gonna try the orignal version,the version I was using is the redux found here,http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/44006/? which doesn't have a readme with this one,http://mw.modhistory.com/download-44-9765 which does and see if my problem fixes itself. In regards to the Dwemer Armor Mod,I just reinstalled it all and see if that somehow fixes it,if not I have no clue on what to do since its a pluginless mod.

I didn't use another version of his mod earlier in this play-through.The one that caused is was the made a Ghostgate marker right outside Ghostgate,I have since switched to the version that warps you into the temple right in front of the altar and that causes no crashes at all.It no longer crashes in the Entrance to Ghostgate Cell or the Fadathram Ancestral Tomb.Yes I do use Wrye Bash to clean my saves following those instructions every time. Its all fixed now except for one issue which is really irksome was that before I figured the cause,I had cleaned my save games including Remove>Debris Cells which I something I usually don't use,which had the side effect of deleting all the items I had in stored in containers.In my houses that I was using for storage in Balmora.Some of which included Artifacts and unique,but at least I can get those back using the console,but I also lost Books,Notes,Scrolls,Keys,Custom Potions and Ingredients.The only things I didn't lose were items I had displayed on shelves or tables. One other side effects is that it seemingly broke the scripts in Sylconix At Home Alchemy Redux,now instead of activating my apparatus when not crouched it just picks them up and puts them in my inventory like in Vanilla.Will that fix itself if I were to say put them in a cell I have not been in before.If that's the case then its fine since I have not been inside the cell of the house I plan on using as my main base since I haven't done the quest yet.The House being the Varo Manor Mod. Other than that I really haven't any issues other than these, 1.Some of pieces of Dwemer armor do not show the textures of New Dwemer Armor by Xander2077 but instead with the old rusty look of Vanilla 2.I slept in my house in Balmora in and my at the time companion Faeryn Sethandas just disappeared nowhere to be found 3.Both Julan and Faeryn Sethandas when I knew where he was where constantly stand in the combat pose and yet they have no weapon in their hand,I not sure if that changes when in actual combat since I have taken Julan out delving yet. But other than that and now fixed crash caused by the Keyring Mod and MWSE's buginess,now fixed by removing the Keyring mod and using MAO as my only MWSE Mod.But other than those issues its been clear sailing and a really stable install. Yeah I know that Hollajith is a really talented modder with great understanding of scripting,He's one of my favorite modders for morrowind,up there for me with Melchior Dahrk.

I already use Wrye Mash and Mlox.The thing about the MGSO setup is because I followed this guide http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/43479/? in order to fix bugs and update outdated mods found in the pack. I found the culprit for my crashing its being caused my in both areas mention by Intervention Improved No Script Ghostgate by hollaajith. Why I do not know but when I deactivate that mod and only that mod the issue does not occur.Now I just got to figure out how to make it play nice.

I've been playing Morrowind constantly since get my new computer in early November and had few if any repeatable crashes.Its crashed less than 10 and one was because I had forgotten to reapply the 4GB patch and the other was do MWSE mod going all wonky.But now I have been getting this repeatable crash when enter the cell right outside Ghostgate and another one when I try to enter Fadathram Ancestral Tomb. I have no clue what could be causing it.I tried disable MGE XE internal MWSE,disable my only MWSE dependent mod and the my only other idea which was to disable the Julan Companion mod but none of those stopped the crashes. WG.ESP MW Containers Animated exp.esp I am using MGSO and other plugginless mods but nothing that should be causing this crash,mainly texture replacer's. What could be causing this crashing and how do I fix it.I am absolutely loving this playthrough and I would hate to lose even more so considering this probably one of the most stable least crashy Morrowind install\Playthroughs I've have ever had. I regenerated distant land using MGE XE and the game still crashes,I disabled distant still crashes,I disabled mge xe and it still crashes.So its not any of those.I sort my lord order using Mlox and I can't rerun MGSO Setup since that would mess up the Temporary Patch stuff.I have no clue what could be causing this crash.All my warnings.txt say is this Dialogue "" type "Journal" tried to become type "Topic". and I know which two mods those come from and I looked up the error and everyone said it was harmless.This issue is quite vexing.Please Help

Having recently finally got a gaming computer.I can finally play Oblivion,Fallout 3,NV,4 and both versions of Skyrim on max settings including with mods,plus Morrowind with the graphics extender.So before I start browsing and downloading mods.I thought I should ask some questions. 1.What Mod Manager do you recommend for each game Oblivion Mod Organizer Wrye Bash or Oblivion Mod Manager Fallout 3 and NV Mod Organizer Wrye Flash or Fallout Mod Manager Skyrim (Regular) Mod Organizer or Wrye Bash Skyrim SE ? Fallout 4 ? I know for Morrowind the recommended tool is Wrye Mash. 2.What load order tool do you reccomend LOOT,BOSS or another one I don't know about. I know about Mlox for Morrowind 3.Any other utilities I need to get for Morrowind,Oblivion,Fallout 3,Fallout New Vegas,Skyrim,Skyrim SE or Fallout 4 ?
  16. I heard bruma can be an odd place lots drunk nords.Like this area is prime for infamous legion forester fights.
  17. I would like to know your odd events while questing. I have 2 both which occured during the fighters guild questline,on the stone of st alessia I was go to the thief when I saw a brown bear chasing a Khajhit and it ran to the entrance to bruma then the thief started attacking the bear,then the town guard and stable assitant was all attacking it.My 2nd on was during massacre at waters edge when modryan oryan sends you to see what happend and oddly enough everyone was alive then I loaded and bienne amlieons father shows up all greving.But get this you can see the towns folk drifting awaying into the contryside but you cant talk or interact with them.

  19. As of now I use oblivion mod manager and use oblivion real estate for house mods I was just wandering if any one had any reccomendations in these categories.As far as OOO is concerned I am not really looking for any big overhauls like that.
  20. Can you reccomend some mods to me I am looking for good quest mods,faction mods,houses,stores,items,ones that add werewolves and the ability to become one and a vampire and necromancer faction.

Thankfully my missing mesh issue has been solved by a reinstall I notice some places have german names like A fine chance and the merchants inn and the bandit ring leader is now called banditFuher with an umlot and dogs are call hund,rats are known has ratte do you know which mod in my load order are causing this.
