Well, It looks like after roughly about a Year (So So) I've decided to come up with a Mod i've been working on over the last 2 month's And heres a Bit About It. Features -100% Non-Static/Random World (In True Role Playing Style)- Includeing the Shivering Isles -Redone Vanilla Scripts Of The Original Game And The Shivering Isles- -Redone Settings For "Physics,Items,Objects,NPCS"- Includeing Shivering Isles Objects/Items/Npc's -All Settings Shall be Redone For Complete Realism Includeing "Stats,Items,Leveling,Item Rarity,Prices,Npcs,Scripts,Spells,Mounts"- -An Intirely Redone Spell system- -A Large Ammount of Added Items/Books- -Optional Exlusive Music- What Sums It up The features Section above is just Bluntly What is going to be Featured, But in this section i just want to go a Bit more detailed on the Features First Off This mod will Do The Following for BOTH! Vanilla Oblivion AND Shivering Isles (All in one Mod) So therefore Requires Shivering Isles. Ok well anyways, Now to go a bit more detailed on what the mod will achually change. First being a FULLY Balanced Random Non-Static World. So basicly You can meet level 30 creatures from level 1 (Dont worry this is balanced) And same Goes for items However the rarer Items like Ebony and Daedric elven and dwarven are VERY Rare (Even at high levels) But its All Balanced Greatly on a Huge scale to make sure you dont get un-realistic/Unbeleiveable Matches, Like a Beggar in a full Daedric Suit of armor. The way i've balanced it Is editing EVERY Last little Thing One at a Time makeing sure all the Leveled lists are Random,Beleivable,Non-Static And Editing the chances of items/creatures of spawning So you mainly encounter lower grade Creatures/items in your Adventure To Make The Game Not more Fun But More Realistic. Treating Tamriel Like Real life (Cause things dont just pop up out of nowhere when you get a "Level Up" Screen) Secondly I'm gonna talk about the Special Edits to the Creatures of the Isles and of Tamriel I've made basicly all creatures be alot More Like The monsters of Lore and to make them all rather Epic (In Size,Stats,Loot) While still makeing them Realistic (As far as Monsters Can be) Basicly your going to feel Rather Small/Weak Until higher Level's (Even then its still Extremely Tough to fight) And your really going to feel Why the people Of Tamriel are so Afraid of The creatures of the world. And the way i've treated the creatures is to Make the player feel Less like the Full god-Hero Of Tamriel And More Like a Mortal Man/Women Fighting to survive in a Tough World Day By Day Faceing Danger that could very well kill them. And thirdly The redone Spell system Basicly what it does is make spells Not reliant on a Characters Level of school (Like a fire attack useing destruction and you need to be a master to use the spell) Now its based off just Sure power and if the character can handle it (Magicka) So if your character has enough Magicka They can use the spell regardless of How experienced they are in a School,But this doesnt make training in school's Useless there are increased Bonuses when you reach a certain checkpoint for training (Apprentice journeyman master ETC) And custom spell makeing/Enchantments Require Experience in schools still so its still a good idea To still train in schools But the reason for the System is to give the player much more Magical Freedom (This Idea was based off DND and the Sorceress class in DND) And Basicly if you havent gotten the Point thus Far Simply the mod Edits EVERYTHING That can be Edited to Be More (Not Fun) But More REALISTIC! (Makeing the player More indebth with the world/Makeing them feel more like a Character In the World) What Sets The Mod Aside From Others 1.Its the first mod i know of that edits SI leveled lsits to be Non-static 2.First mod to edit this much of SI 3.Rolls over 80 diffrent kinds of mods into 1 mega mod (Quest reward mods,creature addition,Item addition,Non-static Mods,ETC 4.First mod i know of that Edits Original Scripts that came with Vanilla oblivion 5.First mod i know of that Makes EVERYTING Non-static (Most mods Over state "Everything" But they only edit a Few things to be static Like Frans) Positions for Team If you want to help with production here are a Few things i Would like some help with (If your interested in helping give me a PM) 1.Writer's/Story Telling/Story Writeing/Poem Writer. Well im not gonna try to rant here about fake women but... 1. there is such a thing as Fake Web-Cams that you can easily do with a webcam program and a video recording of a woman 2. Pictures can be easily copy'ed and saved from the web aka google search my photos The only way to show in my book online that you are infact a Female is to wave to me on cam and pass my huge test of waveing,talking,ETC OR you could jsut talk to me on mic... and say some things i want you to say... but then you got the voice changers... But either way i could care less what gender you are / were cause the internet aint made for datin its made for Buissness,Fun,And friends! (alot like porn...) and oblivion is just one of those fun things But anyways this has gone way off topic i do declare from hack n slaash talkin to Gender- Slander and uhm ya... way off topic stuff... BTW i always do the whole roleplay thing i get up i eat i go to the store buy some food and drink and take it back home then i go out for a day of adventureing and when my character is tired and hungry i eat and go to sleep...
