*UPDATE* So apparently the issue was not with a mod but rather my GPU and memory not playing nice... A simple disabling of the XMP feature in my bios seems to have fixed the issue, runs much smoother now too. Thanks for the help AeonsLegend!

So I've recently decided to do another run through but these CTDs are sapping my will to play. I've tried a complete reinstall of FO4 already, I am trying to avoid going though every mod though. I've installed Buffout 4 and I've attached a error report. I however have no clue on how to read this report, can anyone translate for me?
