p.s, I tried editing the permissions and setting it to "Full control", but that didn't work either.

When trying to save my plugin in the creation kit, I get the masterfile error message telling me that the temp file contains saved data and i cannot save. Don't tell me to "exit the game", because I've checked task manager multiple times and Skyrim is not running in both Applications or Processes. Help would be very much appreciated.
