I just have a 2gb ram and 1 gb cc and 200 mods.the game is designed in such a way that the mouse speed is related to fps so in combat my fprs drops by 5 so the whole swinging stuff goes sluggish when i adjust the pointer speed in pref i get normal look speed I was hoping for someone to make like an inbuilt skse mod that may edit the pref while in game that why i gave the title is it possible

Im new to mods and stuff, never actually downloaded much,untill my pc started reducing framerate and the mouse slowed down too.i search the net and made my way to the skyrim pref. Is it possible to make a mod that changes the mouse sensitivity in-game by using skse.I heard this magical thing called skse can do about anything.So is it possible to change the pointer,acceleration and stuff,or the entire skyrim pref perhaps. Personally, I dont know what im doing on this thread,but if such a thing is possible, it could help everyone and then it is worth a try. If my requeest is not put on the table,Ill make due with the reason, why so?
