Cannot see Plugins tab on sidebar of Vortex

Hello, I downloaded Vortex today for the first time. I was watching some of the tutorial videos, and I noticed that I do not have a Plugins tab in Vortex unnderneath the mods tab. I am not sure why this is, can someone please help?
