I'd love to help but I don't know the first thing about modding. if you would tell me what software you use to mod, I could mess around with it and see what I can do.

I have never made a mod before but I recently have wanted a mod to drop the Bed of Chaos soul earlier so others and I do not have to do that pathetic boss fight. I'm thinking of having it drop from one of 3 locations: The Demon Firesage fight, the Centipede Demon fight, or have the Bed of Chaos immediately die once the player character lands in the boss room, giving the player the soul and a homeward bone to leave the area, perhaps different mod versions to let the player choose where it drops. If anyone wants to make the mod or help me find the resources to make it myself, I would be grateful.
