IHaveToDoThisAGAIN

Pretty much in the title: after a little time, I get an infinite loading screen on fast travelling. I have tried: cleaning mods (most of them didn't need cleaning according to LOOT) tinkering with load order, tinkering with pagefile, tinkering with in-game settings, using BethINI to tinker with various INI settings, making a bashed patch, making a merged patch. Problem hasn't gotten worse, but neither has it gotten better. I'm still very very new to xEdit and haven't a clue how to make custom patches with it even after watching several videos. (I love computers, but don't understand them at all) My mod list/load order is:https://modwat.ch/u/JO1137 Any help for someone who's still fairly new to this even after several years of modded playthroughs?
