Once the AnvilTool KIt receives an update for breakpoint I would like to create modded vest/plate carriers and post them on nexus, just add more gear and variety to the vests/plate carriers as they seem to be missing some essentials, like a radio and more ammo/gear pouches. thoughts?

For some reason the whitewall tires were removed is there anyway to restore them or get some modded lowrider tires, they were in the original san andreas
