  1. Can you go back to sovngarde legitimately in the game? I thought after killing Alduin you wouldn't be able to go back there ever again. Or did you go there with "coc" / some mod?
  2. Is there some sort of mod that allows me to force any random npc into equipping certain weapon/shield/armor easily without requiring me to actually hire this npc as follower? As for now, the only way I know is: 1) Get the codes for each item I want them to equip 2) Open console, click on them 3) equipitem *code* 1 (for each item) I would love if someone made a mode where I could do something like. 1) Cast a spell on a npc... -> an "empty inventory window" would appear. 2) Drop whatever items I want them to equip into this window 3) Done! The mod would automatically do the "equipitem" code for each of the items I dropped into this window. Is there such a mod around already? I would really appreciate any kind of suggestion. Thanks in advance ========================= UPDATE: I found a mod that does what I was asking. I'll place it here as an edit to not self-bump my thread. Here's the link to it: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11662/?
  3. That's sounds so odd to me though... Helgen Reborn, XP32 Skeleton, Sexlab.... These all seem completely unrelated... I'm sorry I wasn't able to help. Good luck there
  4. That's so odd...Each log seems to be showing completely different reasons for the crash... Based on the third log, though, have you tried fully uninstalling sexlab? Follow the exact uninstalling instructions given by the mod author, to make sure everything will be removed safely. Then clean your save with: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/? See if the random crashes still happen... if they have stopped, you can try reinstalling a more recent version of the mod.
  5. If the crash is happening even when you only have the essential activated, it's best to gather logs with only these essential activated. It will make it easier for us to find out the reason behind it. If you could post more than one log it would be even better Something like this: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/2325149-help-with-ctd-papyrus-log-loadorder-included/
  6. Could you post the Papyrus log? It's a great way to diagnose the cause of CTD in specific scenarios. To activate Papyrus log your skyrim.ini file should have something like this written: (manually add any missing line, there will be) [Papyrus] fUpdateBudgetMS=800.0 fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=800.0 fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=2000.0 iMinMemoryPageSize=256 iMaxMemoryPageSize=512 iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes=153600 bEnableLogging=1 bEnableTrace=1 bLoadDebugInformation=1 After doing that, start the game normally... As soon as you crash... go to (....\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Logs\Script) and open Papyrus.0.log) And copy the last few lines from it... (2 pages in microsoft word are more than enough... no need to copy the entire text file) If the reason for the CTD is script-related... the Papyrus log will show what was the last script called before the crash.
  7. Hey there, This is not a "Let's play", I'm trying to go through a different path. I'm working on Story Telling videos with a more Cinematic feel to them. (The videos are heavily edited) Think of this as something midway between a regular "let's play" and a Machinima. Each video is an independent story, you don't need to have watched the previous episodes to understand this one. I'm fairly new to the idea of managing a Youtube Channel, so I still have very few subscribers. I'm eager to learn more (I've been getting several tips over the previous videos and learning a lot over time), so please provide feedback... even if you didn't like the video, let me know. What you didn't like? Watch the skies, traveler.
  8. I prefer Requiem over SkyRe. (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19281/?) Requiem makes the world unleved... The world doesn't care what is your level.... If you're lvl 10 and try to take on a Dragon Priest, you'll have your head handled to you on a plate. If you play with Frostfall, I strongly suggest downloading Dynamic Things... It will allow you to Chop down trees for wood. (Which is way more immersive than "activating a fade-to-black skill for chopping trees that inserts them into your inventory out of the blue") (
  9. Is there a way for me to configure my skyrim so that I won't stay with a huge ice spike protruding from my head every time I face an ice mage? I want to set my game in a way that arrows/magic stick to the bodies of everything BUT the player. Could anyone assist me on this? Thank you in advance
  10. Just out of curiosity... This "under 150 mods" tip is just because usually we can't keep perfect track of incompatibilities, thus making it a pretty hard task to have a stable game with 150+ mods.... Or are you saying Skyrim really has a programming limitation that makes it have hard time managing too many esps at once, regardless of how compatible they are with each other?
  11. Solved MCRLquest.psc is from Reloading Overhaul. (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/55670/?). I'm not sure why it started making my game crash (it has been working wonders for months), it's a great mod..... But after removing it, the crash stopped. It's a pity, I really liked the mod...but it must be conflicting with something in my load order.
  12. Hi there! I'm having some random crashes in my skyrim... it started out of nowhere.. the crashes happen randomly but they happen quick (1-5 minutes after I loaded the game) Relevant points: - What is "MCRLquest.psc" ? What mod calls it? This seems to be the culprit ... - Sounds of Skyrim (SoS): Mod organizer is suggesting me to overwrite the scripts from SOSconfigmenu with the ones from SOS-dungeons/city/wilds... but SOSmenu installation instructions are clear that SOSmenu should overwrite the others. - I'm having this issue while I'm next to Fellglow's Keep (Doing hitting the books quest from the College of Winterhold) Ending part of the Papyrus log (try #1): Ending of Papyrus Log (Try #2) Ending part of the Papyrus log (try #3): Load order: Please help, I would appreciate any kind of assistance
  13. I follow that philosophy as well... I agree 100% with you. The only texture mod I have installed (besides the unofficial HD DLC patch) is "aMidianborn's book of silence", other than that the looks of my game is all on the shoulders of my ENB and Light mods. (Oh... also mod for the Night sky... and a mod for the road signs)
  14. Heheh yeah, we need to be plan that accordingly. (I suggest you check "Mod Organizer" as well) Some people prefer Nexus Mod Manager.... others prefer "Mod Organizer". Try it out and see what fits you best.
