  1. I am experiencing a bug where guards in Stormcloak allied holds only equip steel daggers, despite having their normal weapons in their inventory. (There are still guards equipping two handed weapons, and it doesn't affect regular Stormcloak soldiers or Imperial guard or soldiers). I'd like to avoid re-installing and testing all my mods to see which one or combination of several is causing this, so I'm wondering if there is a way to safely and permanently go about outright removing steel daggers from every guard in the game. If someone could please provide me with a method or direct me to somewhere I could learn, it would be greatly appreciated. Load Order in case it helps:
  2. I have a problem in my game in which guards in Stormcloak aligned Holds that wield one-handed weapons only equip steel daggers. They have normal weapons (axes, clubs, swords) in their inventory that do more damage but they won't equip them. Normal Stormcloak soldiers, Legion soldiers and guards in Empire aligned Holds are not affected by this. I'd like to know if anyone has any idea of what might be causing this issue and if there's any way of fixing it. My thanks in advance.
  3. I ran the CH latency test. When I'm simply walking around and doing nothing my latency stays at 39-47ms. I found that it jumped to around 90-110ms when I equipped a new armor piece, followed by an immediate drop back to 39-47. I'm guessing that's because of Frostfall's W.E.A.R. system and has always been happening. It still stayed at the 39-47 level when using horses in CH, and Realistic Needs & Diseases hunger levels changing didn't cause an increase. I will install some more mods and run further tests. Thank you for your help.
  4. I recently installed the Locational Damage mod, and within the next 2 hours, I started to notice that some other scripted mods I was using stopped functioning properly, e.g: Frostfall exposure and wetness values wouldn't change, Wet & Cold visual effects weren't appearing, follower wouldn't mount their horse no matter what using Convenient Horses, and Enhanced Blood Textures blood pools stopped showing completely. Those were the four mods I seemed to have problems with, but I'm not sure if more mods were affected, I didn't notice anything else. I have fixed that problem since then by uninstalling Locational Damage and reloading a save that didn't have the scripts on it and playing from there, thankfully without losing too much progress. I'm certain that Locational Damage was causing problems, because of the solution I used, the fact that I didn't install any other mods during that time, and I've never had those sorts of problems before. The whole experience has made me unsure about installing more scripted mods, so I'd like to know if the problems have something to do with Locational Damage, or if they indicate that I've reached the tipping point for scripted mods I can run before the engine starts tripping over itself. I am giving consideration to a few more mods, one of which (I'm pretty sure) is rather large script-wise (Dragon Combat Overhaul). It would be really nice to know if I'm able to run such a mod without problems, so any help would be greatly appreciated. I apologize in advance if including my load order, computer specs, etc. in this post was necessary for helping people answer this sort of question. I will post them if they are asked for.
